In this world, I once pursued many worldly things, such as wealth, power, status, and more. Yet in the end, all of these things brought nothing but endless anxiety and sorrow. After chasing after these things, I came before God with a deeply wounded heart.

Through this journey, I came to understand how deeply God loves me. His love for me does not decrease because of my sinful nature, because I have no money or power, or because I struggle with relationships in the workplace. I have found an incomparable and beautiful dependence in Him, and He has promised me an eternal and glorious hope. I long to know Him more, and even more deeply.

During this last year's learning journey with Mark, I have truly gained many practical methods for reading and studying the Bible, and these methods can be applied to my daily life.

He asks us to identify the part of the day’s Scripture that impacts us the most, and then personally reflect on how that passage helps us know God better, as well as how it can be applied specifically to our lives that very day—not just as a thought, but as one real, practical action we can take.

So far, what has benefited me the most is the daily Bible reading practice he taught us. Through reading Scripture, I have come to know the great Creator, God, more deeply. Through it, I also understand myself better. Step by step, God’s Word is transforming my life and connecting my daily living more closely with Him.

Because of this, reading the Bible and applying it afterward has become something deeply connected to my everyday life. In my personal view, this has been the greatest and best harvest from my time studying with Mark.
