Our 1-Year Program

To multiply well-trained and experienced laborers for Christ’s kingdom and harvest by exploring God’s Word and God’s World to know Him and to proclaim His Son, Jesus Christ.

We do this by living in close quarters, studying God’s Word, discussing how to apply and working together to practice what it teaches. Practice includes not just personal spiritual disciplines and life-on-life character development, but also practical ministry experience (in evangelism and discipleship), both locally and internationally in various countries.

Our Goals

“For God so loved the World that He gave His only Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16, NIV)

We join in fellowship over God’s Word

  • For God”: to know God
  • so loved”: to know His love
  • the world”: to understand ourself and others
  • that He gave”: to emulate His love
  • His only Son”: to know Jesus Christ
  • that whoever believes in Him”: to exercise true faith in Christ
  • should not perish”: to rescue the perishing
  • but have eternal life”: and to live true life

During this last year's learning journey with Mark, I have truly gained many practical methods for reading and studying the Bible, and these methods can be applied to my daily life. So far, what has benefited me the most is the daily Bible reading practice he taught us. He asks us to identify the part of the day’s Scripture that impacts us the most, and then personally reflect on how that passage helps us know God better, as well as how it can be applied specifically to our lives that very day—not just as a thought, but as one real, practical action we can take.

I discovered the transformative power of reading the Bible consistently from Genesis to Revelation. Each new time reading through the Scriptures grows my understanding of God’s character and His grand plan for humanity. Through discipleship training, I was drawn into a deeper pursuit of God. Exploring the beauty of His creation made me realize His absolute grandeur and my own insignificance. Yet, in that space, God clarified His personal mission for me, my true purpose, and the ultimate hope my heart yearns for.

Over the years, I’ve learned to be constantly surrounded and sharpened by other disciples. That’s why I desire to start a discipleship training program with my spiritual father Mark and my comrades in Christ, Cheris and Jem. This training program is primarily to study His Word and apply the lessons in daily life. What makes it more effective is that we get to live together and therefore are exposed to and held accountable by each other.
