Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment in full is required by the registration deadline for your selected camp (June 30th for the first Camp Session; July 15th for the second Camp Session)
You are entitled to a full refund of paid camp fees if we cancel your registered camp for insufficient campers (minimum 15 campers required) at any time
Refunds of 50% of paid camp fees with be granted for cancellations made at least one week before the first day of your registered camp (from July 1st to 7th, inclusive, for the first Camp Session; from July 16th to 24th, inclusive, for the second Camp Session)
No refunds given for cancellations made within one week of your registered camp session (after July 7th the first Camp Session; after July 24th for the second Camp Session)
In case of serious medical emergency with doctor’s note, partial refund may be considered.

Liability Waiver & Release of Liability

I/We, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in New Wineskins' Summer Camp involves inherent risks, including but not limited to hiking, rafting, water activities, team challenges, travel in mountainous terrain, and other outdoor adventure activities. These risks may include serious injury, illness, or even death.
I voluntarily assume all risks and release the camp organizers, leaders, staff, volunteers, hosting churches, and affiliated organizations from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during the camp, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I confirm that all family members attending are in good physical and mental health and are able to participate in the planned activities. I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions and allergies.
I authorize the camp staff to seek and provide emergency medical treatment for any participant if needed, and I agree to be financially responsible for any medical costs not covered by insurance.
I grant the camp permission to use photographs and videos of my family taken during the camp for promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures), unless I notify the organizers in writing otherwise.
I agree to abide by the camp’s Code of Conduct, which is based on Christian values of respect, honesty, safety, and mutual encouragement.
