Tuition & Fees

Trainees agree to the following tuition structure:

  • Tuition:

    • €6,500 per academic year, or
    • €3,250 per semester + 2% service fee, or
    • €722.22 per month + 5% service fee

  • Payment Options:

    • Payment by year in full upon admission: €6,500 per academic year
    • Payment by semester in full upon admission: €3,315 per semester (€3,250 + 2% service fee)
    • Payment month-by-month: €758.33 per month (€722.22 + 5% service fee)
      • Initial Payment upon admission (2+1 Scheme):
        • First and last month's standard tuition plus one (1) month of tuition security deposit.
      • Succeeding Payments:
        • One (1) month of standard tuition payment beginning the second month, due on the 5th of the month.
      • No tuition payment required for the final month of study, having been paid at enrollment.
      • In case of non-payment, the prepaid final month's tuition will be retained and enrollment will be terminated at the end of the unpaid month.

Ministry Trip Expenses

The ministry trips are an Optional Add-On to the Discipleship Training Program. They take place at the end of each 4-month study period (one in the first half of January, the other in the second half of May). Trainees are encouraged to join in order to practice ministry skills in a third culture and context.

  • Approximate Budget: €2,500 each trip

Housing & Personal Expenses

The Trainee is responsible for all personal living costs. The following budget is an estimate and does not include unexpected or additional expenses. Total estimated normal living expenses: €450/month

  • Rent:

    • The Ministry provides and arranges housing to enhance discipleship effectiveness and according to the following financial guides
    • €160 per month (estimate)
    • 9 months total
    • Payment Options:
      • Payment by year in full upon admission (9 months)
      • Payment by semester in full upon admission (5/4 months)
      • Payment month-by-month
        • Initial Payment upon admission (2+1 Scheme):
          • First and last month's rent plus one (1) month of rent security deposit.
        • Succeeding Payments:
          • One (1) month of rent payment beginning the second month, due on the 5th of the month.
        • No rent payment required for the final month of study, having been paid at enrollment.
        • In case of non-payment, the prepaid final month's rent will be retained and enrollment will be terminated at the end of the unpaid month.
        • Deposit Refund:
          • The one-month rent security deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided the furniture and premises are in good condition.

  • Utilities:

    • Water, Electricity, Internet
    • Split equally among residents
    • Due by the 5th of each month

  • Extended Stay Visa Fees:

    • Each Entry or Exit: €150
    • Monthly Fee: €30
    • Due by the 5th of each month for the preceding month's processing

  • Insurance:

    • €18 per month or €215 per year
    • Medical and liability insurance is mandatory for all Trainees

  • Living Expenses (Food & personal needs)

    • €150 (estimate)
